Construction of the sewer network in Mrowiska, Stage I

Summary

The tender covers construction of a sanitary sewer network and connections in the Mrowiska area, reinstatement of existing asphalt, crushed-stone and roadside surfaces, protection of underground gas, water, electricity and telecommunications infrastructure, preparation of as-built documentation, and obtaining the occupancy permit. The works must be completed within 14 months of contract signature. The bidder must demonstrate at least two sewer-network project references worth at least PLN 300,000 each completed during the last 5 years, hold liability insurance of at least PLN 150,000, and appoint a suitably qualified construction manager. Price is worth 60 points and the warranty period 40 points; the minimum warranty is 48 months. The tender deadline is 29 September 2026 at 10:00, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish.
