Reconstruction of county road No. 3907Z Szczecin–Dobieszczyn on the Dobra–Stolec section (sections 1 and 6)

Summary

The tender concerns resurfacing two sections of county road No. 3907Z between Dobra and Stolec. The works include milling the existing pavement on a section of approximately 1,025 m and another of approximately 1,302 m, installing a glass-carbon geogrid, laying a 4 cm AC8S wearing course, grading one-metre-wide shoulders and cleaning ditches where present. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty for 40%. The bidder must demonstrate third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000, two public road construction or reconstruction projects completed in the last five years with a value above PLN 2,000,000 each, and a construction manager with the required experience and professional authorisations.
