Roof renovation and ceiling insulation of Building No. 23 in the military complex in Grudziadz – procurement 84/2026

Summary

The tender covers renovation of the roof and insulation of the ceiling above the ground floor of Building No. 23 in the military complex at Czwartakow 3 in Grudziadz. The works include, among other things, removal of the existing roof covering and rainwater systems, reinforcement of the roof structure, installation of 25 cm of mineral wool, installation of new ceramic roof tiles and rainwater systems, and construction of a lightning-protection system in accordance with PN-EN 62305. The building is within a protected historic complex and will remain partly in use during the works. The completion period is 55 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 00:00. The award criteria are price at 60%, warranty length at 25%, and the shortest proposed completion period at 15%. The bidder must demonstrate the required experience and team qualifications and comply with employment, waste-management and health-and-safety requirements.
