Development of the village plot in Wólka Grodziska

Summary

The tender concerns the development of an approximately 1,100 m² public area in the village of Wólka Grodziska. The works include installing playground and outdoor gym equipment, benches, litter bins, bicycle racks, a park barbecue, an outdoor library and other site furniture; constructing gravel, mineral and concrete paving; installing a gate in the existing fence; and carrying out site preparation and landscaping works. Construction works must be completed within 60 days and the entire contract within 67 days of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the offered warranty must be at least 36 months. No tender guarantee is required, but a performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price is required.
