Construction of a warehouse for civil protection and civil defence resources in Lipnik

Summary

The tender concerns the construction in Lipnik of a single-storey steel-framed warehouse for storing civil protection and civil defence resources. The planned building measures 20 × 10 m, has a built-up area of 200 m² and a height of 6.58 m. The works include, among other things, the foundation, steel frame, PIR sandwich-panel walls and roof, industrial floor, windows, doors, automatic sectional gates, storage racks and post-construction geodetic surveying. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed building construction or reconstruction project performed during the last five years with a minimum gross value of PLN 500,000. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9:00 on 25 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the extended quality warranty period for 40%.
