Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme 2025–2026 – Modernisation of the Civil Defence Warehouse Building

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of a civil defence warehouse building in the Gubin municipality. The works include demolition and earthworks, foundation insulation, masonry and concrete works, partitions, plastering and painting, external wall insulation, flooring, a timber roof, replacement of windows and roofing, metal stairs, doors and windows, scaffolding, and the transport and disposal of waste. Electrical and lightning protection works must also be carried out, including insulation resistance measurements. The works must be completed within 2 months, and the contractor must conduct the entire acceptance procedure and obtain the occupancy permit.
