Modernisation of the Brzustów–Spała municipal road, Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of a 2,788-metre section of the municipal road between Brzustów and Spała. The works include constructing a 4-metre-wide crushed-stone carriageway, surveying, removal, earthworks and landscaping, as well as necessary works involving shoulders, slopes, access roads and underground infrastructure. The lower layer must be 13 cm thick and use 0–63 mm aggregate; the upper layer must be 7 cm thick and use 0–31.5 mm aggregate. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signature and no later than 14 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty may range from 3 to 5 years. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
