Maintenance of forest roads in the Szprotawa Forest District in 2026

Summary

The tender covers maintenance works on selected forest roads in the Szprotawa Forest District and mowing both sides of the verges and ditch slopes of all roads identified in the project. The works include repairing damaged areas with crushed aggregate, cleaning, filling, profiling and compacting road surfaces, and improving unpaved roads. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Participation requires financial capacity of at least PLN 200,000, one roadworks project worth at least PLN 200,000 completed within the last 5 years, and a roadworks manager holding the required construction authorisations. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required; upon contract award, the contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract value and third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%), completion period (20%) and warranty length (20%).
