Modernisation of the “My Pitch – ORLIK 2012” sports complex in Maków on Akacjowa Street

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation and modernisation of the “Orlik” sports complex on Akacjowa Street in Maków. The works include replacing fencing and ball-stop nets, cleaning and repairing the polyurethane surface of the multifunctional field, fully replacing the artificial turf with a 45 mm fibre surface installed on an elastic shockpad, installing football goals, landscaping and replacing outdoor lighting fixtures. The changing-room facilities will also be renovated, including the replacement of doors, sanitary equipment, electrical equipment, ventilation grilles and radiators, together with internal and external painting. The expected contract period is 8 months and the tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% and additional quality warranty for 40%; the standard warranty is 36 months, with additional points available for offering 12 or 24 extra months. Participation requires proof of the specified previous experience, an appropriately qualified construction manager, technical compliance of the artificial turf and a tender guarantee of PLN 10,000.
