Construction of the side road on Świerkowa Street 56–66 in Tychy

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a side road on Świerkowa Street between numbers 56 and 66 in Tychy. The works include, among other things, road pavement, pavements, driveways, kerbs, traffic markings, fencing and landscaping, as well as construction or reconstruction of stormwater and sanitary sewers, water supply, telecommunications and power networks, street lighting and a technology duct. The expected contract duration is 8 months. The bidder must demonstrate at least one reference project for the construction, reconstruction or extension of a public road with a gross value of at least PLN 2,000,000 completed during the last five years, and must provide site managers with the required qualifications. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 8:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 30,000. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period (40%).
