Expansion of the sanitary sewer network in Brzezie-Gruszki, Kłaj municipality

Summary

The procurement covers construction of the main sanitary sewer network in the Brzezie and Brzezie-Gruszki areas of Kłaj municipality, with sections measuring 1,662.44 m, 991.95 m and 774.37 m, including gravity and pressure pipelines, construction of a sewage pumping station, excavation works, restoration of roads and driveways, crossings under roads, archaeological supervision, as-built surveying, and the procedure for obtaining an occupancy permit or a no-objection certificate for use. The works must comply with the DNSH principle and be completed within 16 months from contract signature, but no later than 31 March 2028. The tender submission deadline is 28 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are gross price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months and may not exceed 60 months. The bidder must demonstrate liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000.00, the required sanitary sewer works experience and the availability of a suitably authorised construction manager.
