Szpegawa Park beautification – renovation of the existing footpath in the Stanislawie area, Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the existing footpath in Szpegawa Park in the Stanislawie area, on plots 438 and 79/10. The works cover approximately 70 metres of footpath with a width of 1.5–3.2 metres, including renovation or reuse of concrete kerbs and slabs, completion of the missing sub-base and installation of 3 cm bituminous layers. The works must be completed within 30 calendar days of contract signing. The bidder must submit an electronic tender in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 09:00, confirm that no exclusion grounds apply, and provide a qualified site manager, third-party liability insurance, workers employed under employment contracts and complete post-construction documentation. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%.
