Purchase and delivery of ink cartridges and toners for 2026–2027

Summary

The procurement covers factory-new ink cartridges, toners, drums and waste toner containers for printers and photocopiers, supplied against the contracting authority’s individual orders. Deliveries will take place over 12 months; the contracting authority may order additional equivalent quantities under an option of up to 30% of the tender price, but is not obliged to use the option. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%), delivery time (20%) and the warranty period for the offered products (20%). Participation requires meeting the financial and previous delivery experience requirements, submitting the required product evidence and providing a PLN 6,400 tender guarantee.
