Reconstruction of water reservoirs in Jaworznia and Micigózd under the project “Blue infrastructure in Piekoszów Municipality – small retention, great benefits”

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction of two water reservoirs in Jaworznia and Micigózd and is divided into two lots. The contract includes design work, obtaining the required permits and approvals, cleaning reservoir banks and beds, reinforcing the shoreline and restoring the surrounding area; in Micigózd it also includes partial dismantling of the fence and replacement of approximately 70 metres of fencing. For each lot, the contractor must obtain information from the competent water-management authority and confirmation of no adverse impact on water bodies. The design stage must be completed within 10 months and no later than 31 July 2027, while the construction works, final acceptance and handover for use must be completed within 14 months and no later than 30 November 2027. Tenders are due by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and an extended quality warranty carries 40% of the score; the minimum warranty is 36 months, while the guarantee and qualification requirements depend on the lot.
