Supply of a calendar for 2027

Summary

The tender covers the design, print preparation, typesetting, printing and delivery of 1,200 calendars for 2027 to Magurski National Park. The calendars must be in A2 format, comprise 6 double-sided sheets, use 250 g matte coated paper, have spiral binding and a hanging loop, and meet the technical requirements set out in the tender documents. The work must be completed by 30 October 2026. To participate, the bidder must have experience during the previous three years in designing and publishing at least three tourism- or nature-themed calendars or posters, each with a print run of at least 1,000 copies. A compliant sample must be submitted with the tender, which must be provided in writing in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 12:00. Price is weighted at 60% and technical quality at 40%.
