Sports and container facilities with associated infrastructure in Żerzuszyce – second procedure

Summary

The tender covers construction of sports and container facilities in Żerzuszyce together with associated infrastructure. The works include dismantling and transporting two existing old containers to a location up to 15 km away, supplying two new containers, connecting and adapting four containers, constructing the roof and internal and external infrastructure, installing water, sewerage, electrical, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, and carrying out landscaping and earthworks. A photovoltaic system is not required, but new external burglar-resistant roller shutters and the specified changes to the window and door arrangement must be provided. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The tender deadline is 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%. Participation requires, among other things, proof of the required insurance, at least one suitable previous construction project and a specialist holding the required construction management authorisation for at least five years, as well as a PLN 4,500 tender guarantee.
