Development of the Luboradów Outdoor Centre site with paved surfaces and parking spaces

Summary

The tender covers development of the site of the Luboradów Outdoor Centre and Creative Work House. The works include paving-block footpaths and other paved surfaces with structural sub-base, six parking spaces, LED lighting with the required power infrastructure, spreading topsoil, establishing lawns, and geodetic surveying with submission of the as-built map to the national geodetic register. The works must be carried out from 2 November to 16 December 2026. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 at 10:00, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish. Performance security is required.
