Modernisation of the Multifunctional Building in Będkowice

Summary

The tender concerns the extensive modernisation of a multifunctional public building in Będkowice, including a voluntary fire service building. The works include, among other things, upgrading sanitary and electrical installations, renovating bathrooms, floors, walls and the stairwell, replacing internal doors, strengthening load-bearing walls and structural elements, replacing the roof covering and rainwater systems, constructing partition walls, and renovating the fireplace. The bathroom, internal-door, ground-floor corridor and stairwell works must be completed by 31 December 2026; the entire contract must be completed within 9 months of signing, with works commencing within 5 days. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish together with the signed tender, works cost estimate, initial declarations and a PLN 10,000 tender guarantee by 25 September 2026 at 09:30. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months. Tenderers must also plan for a 5% performance security, employment-contract requirements for specified workers, health and safety obligations, construction-waste management, and quality evidence requested by the contracting authority.
