Improving the energy efficiency of educational buildings in the Platerów municipality

Summary

The tender covers preparation of complete design documentation and, on its basis, thermal renovation of four public buildings in the Platerów municipality. The works include, among other things, upgrading heating systems and installing ground-source heat pumps, vertical drilling, insulation, replacement of lighting with LED units and photovoltaic systems. The tender deadline is 28 September 2026 at 10:00, and the entire contract must be completed within 6 months of signing. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate two properly completed reference projects worth at least PLN 1,000,000.00 gross each, provide a qualified design and site-management team, submit a PLN 15,000.00 tender guarantee and allow for performance security equal to 5% of the contract price.
