Modernisation of social facilities in the sports club building in Bychlew and irrigation of the sports field in Piątkowisko

Summary

The procurement covers two lots of construction works: modernisation of the social facilities in the sports club building in Bychlew and construction of an irrigation system for the sports field in Piątkowisko. A tender may be submitted for one or both lots, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. For Lot 1, the bidder must have completed at least one premises renovation or modernisation project worth at least PLN 100,000 during the last 5 years and provide a qualified construction manager. For Lot 2, the bidder must have completed at least one irrigation or water-supply project worth at least PLN 50,000 during the last 5 years and provide a qualified sanitary works manager. Price carries 60% and warranty duration 40% of the score; the warranty must be between 24 and 60 months. At least PLN 200,000 in third-party liability insurance is required for each lot, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
