Renovation of stairwells in the Sieradz District Court building

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of two stairwells in the Sieradz District Court building, from the basement to the first floor. The works include repairing walls and plaster, constructing partitions, replacing suspended ceilings and doors, finishing and painting, installing LED and emergency lighting, relocating electrical and data sockets, demolition, cleaning and preparation of as-built documentation. The works will be carried out in two stages in an operating court building and must be completed within 70 calendar days of contract signature. The bid deadline is 25 September 2026 at 11:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation score; the offered warranty must be between 24 and 60 months.
