Adaptation of the village community centre building in Grupa – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and change of use of part of an existing multi-apartment residential building in Grupa into a village community centre. The works include adapting approximately 43.44 m² of space, creating two meeting rooms, installing new internal systems, replacing windows, constructing a new entrance and external stairs, and providing functional and fire separation. The scope also includes site preparation, finishing, painting, glazing, floor and wall covering works, and the installation of windows and doors. The intended completion date is 31 December 2026, and the tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%), and the contracting authority may conduct optional negotiations. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate at least one similar construction project properly completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least PLN 65,000 gross.
