Construction of sub-bases on municipal roads

Summary

The tender covers construction of 2,600 m² of road sub-bases in Halinow Municipality: excavation and removal of soil, a 25 cm lower layer of recycled concrete aggregate, a 10 cm upper layer of crushed aggregate graded 0–31.5 mm, and site clean-up. The works must be completed within 4 weeks after the contract is signed. Participation requires evidence of at least two properly completed road projects during the last five years, each worth at least PLN 300,000, third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, and access to the required construction equipment. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60 points and the invoice payment period 40 points; only payment periods of 14, 21 or 30 days are accepted. No tender guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the total tender price is required.
