Replacement of the sports field surface in Stanisławów

Summary

The contract covers removing and disposing of the existing synthetic sports-field surface, installing a new 60 mm synthetic grass surface with EPDM granule infill, and marking the playing lines. It also includes installing new 6 m and 4 m high ball-stop nets, cleaning 270 m² of concrete paving, and carrying out related preparatory and finishing works. The synthetic playing surface covers 920 m²; the works also include dismantling the existing nets and ten four-seat benches. The works must be completed by 20 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted by 12:00 on 25 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty and defect-liability period is 36 months and the maximum period taken into account is 60 months. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
