Renewal of public spaces in the Tarnobrzeg Functional Urban Area – Reconstruction of Bartosz Głowacki Square

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive renewal of public space in Tarnobrzeg and the reconstruction of Bartosz Głowacki Square. The works include new paved surfaces, removal of the existing fountain and construction of a new illuminated fountain with water, sewerage and electrical connections and an underground plant room, construction of a self-service accessible public toilet, installation of street furniture, construction of stormwater drainage and two underground retention tanks, an irrigation system for the planned greenery, relocation and replacement of street lighting, planting of trees and other vegetation, and maintenance of the greenery throughout the warranty period. The maximum completion period is 547 days from signing the contract. The tender deadline is 25 September 2026 at 10:00, and the tender guarantee is PLN 100,000. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%), the length of the warranty and statutory defect-liability period (20%), completion time (10%), and the experience of the greenery works manager (10%). The contract is not divided into lots and variant bids are not permitted.
