Renovation of the parking lot in front of the PZDW office building in Rzeszów and installation of linear drainage – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the parking lot in front of the PZDW office building in Rzeszów to eliminate water accumulation. The works include cutting and reinstating the concrete block surface, excavating a drainage trench, constructing a concrete base, and installing 17 metres of linear drainage with a heavy-duty cast-iron grate, connected to the existing stormwater manhole or replaced with a system manhole. The surface levels must also be adjusted to provide slopes towards the drainage, and the connections must be sealed. The works must be completed within 21 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price at 60% and the warranty and defects-liability period at 40%. The bidder must have completed at least one properly performed construction, reconstruction or renovation project involving linear drainage during the last 5 years.
