Reconstruction and renovation of the service building at 5B Lendziona Street in Gdańsk

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and renovation of the service building at 5B Lendziona Street in Gdańsk. The works include, among other things, building renovation and reconstruction, replacement of windows and doors, installation of sanitary fixtures, construction or replacement of internal and external infrastructure, renovation of the entrance platform, tree-related maintenance work, restoration of landscaping, and removal and disposal of construction waste. The works must be completed within 140 days, or 20 weeks, from contract signature. The bidder must have completed at least two properly performed construction contracts worth at least PLN 500,000 each within the last five years and must provide construction and works managers with the required qualifications. Tenders will be evaluated using price at 60% and extension of the minimum quality guarantee period at 40%. A tender guarantee of PLN 11,000 is required, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 29 September 2026 at 11:00.
