Expansion of the Łukowica volunteer fire station – Stage IV

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for Stage IV of the expansion of the Łukowica volunteer fire station at 34-606 Łukowica 310. The works include finishing the staircase and first floor of the extended building, water and sewage installations, internal hydrants, central heating, natural and mechanical ventilation, extraction and air-conditioning systems. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026, and tenders must be submitted by 28 September 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and an extension of the warranty and guarantee period beyond the required minimum of three years (40%).
