Renovation of the accessibility ramp and external stairs to the building at Plac Wolności 2 in Sępólno Krajeńskie

Summary

The tender covers renovation of the accessibility ramp, external stairs and upper terrace at Plac Wolności 2 in Sępólno Krajeńskie. The works include, among other things, demolition of existing surfaces, concrete and earthworks, restoration of wall waterproofing and thermal insulation, installation of granite finishes and railings, and reinforcement of the terrace slab supports. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026 at the latest. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 11:00. A PLN 4,000 tender guarantee, a minimum 48-month warranty and a construction manager authorised without limitations to direct structural and building works are required. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
