Construction of a residential and service building with the necessary technical infrastructure and reconstruction of the Municipal Office building

Summary

The tender covers construction of a three-storey residential and service building with the necessary technical infrastructure, together with reconstruction of the Municipal Office building. The new building will contain 9 residential units, service and technical rooms, a staircase, a boiler room, and flat and pitched roof sections; the existing building will receive a new doorway in its external wall. The building will have a usable floor area of 651.50 m², a footprint of 263.84 m² and a volume of 2,479.72 m³. The contract period is 24 months and the tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 at 00:00. The bidder must meet the financial-capacity, previous construction experience and qualified personnel requirements and provide a PLN 50,000 tender guarantee. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and statutory liability period (40%). The warranty period must be at least 36 months, and periods of up to 60 months will be considered in the evaluation.
