The tender covers the reconstruction and change of use of approximately 280 m² of basement space in the Olszewo-Borki cultural centre building into a temporary shelter. The works include adapting the layout and structures, constructing an independent reinforced-concrete emergency exit structure, installing the necessary electrical, heating, ventilation, water-supply and sewage systems, finishing works, equipment and obtaining an occupancy permit. The external area will also be modified, including earth embankments, earthworks and demolition, and the rearrangement of paved areas, parking spaces and landscaping. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026 at 10:10. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation score. Participation requires a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee, liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, the required construction managers and at least one public-building construction, reconstruction or renovation project worth at least PLN 500,000 gross.
