Municipal waste collection and transport service in the Niechanowo municipality from 1 January to 31 December 2027

Summary

The procurement covers the collection of mixed and separately collected municipal waste from residential properties in the Niechanowo municipality, the collection of separately collected waste from the selective waste collection point, and waste collection from areas intended for public use. The service provider must also provide the containers and bags required for separate collection and containers for the collection point. The contract period is from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Bidders must hold the required registrations and have at least five specified types of waste collection vehicles. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the invoice payment period (40%); the payment-period criterion awards 0, 15, 30 or 40 points for 7, 14, 21 or 30 days respectively. The contracting authority may negotiate with up to the three most advantageous bidders.
