Modernisation of existing playgrounds in Tarnów – 10 playgrounds – 3 contract lots

Summary

The tender covers the modernisation of ten existing playgrounds in Tarnów, divided into three separate contract lots. Bidders may submit tenders for all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The works include, among other things, dismantling, preparation of subbases and safety surfaces, supply and installation of play and outdoor fitness equipment and small architectural elements, relocation of existing equipment, landscaping, tree and shrub planting, and as-built geodetic surveying. Following installation, an independent specialised inspection body must issue a document confirming that the playgrounds and surfaces comply with standards PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177 or equivalent standards. The works must be completed by 7 December 2026 at the latest. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish through the online platform. The award criteria are price (60%), an extension of the contractor’s liability period for the completed works (20%), and the quality warranty for installed play equipment (20%).
