Supply of office furniture

Summary

The tender covers the supply of office furniture, including transport, carrying the items into the premises, installation or positioning, and cleaning. It is divided into four lots: metal furniture and teaching chairs, office furniture, and two lots for filing cabinets. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. For Lots 1 and 2, bidders must prove the proper completion of at least two previous furniture supply contracts; no experience requirement applies to Lots 3 and 4. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and delivery time for 20%. The maximum delivery period is 28 days for Lot 2 and 56 days for Lots 1, 3 and 4 from the date of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 11:00.
