Renovation of the fencing around the District Court premises in Zakopane

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the fencing around the District Court premises in Zakopane. The works include dismantling approximately 150 metres of existing metal fencing and concrete coping, renovating the stone foundation wall, installing new concrete coping and fencing, installing two sliding gates, replacing the main gate drive, adjusting the fence alignment, adapting the pavement and access area, and applying cement render to the eastern wall. The works also include felling 8 trees and planting 5 replacement trees. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The award criteria are price, worth 60 points, and the warranty and defects liability period, worth 40 points. Bidders must allow for a warranty of at least 2 years, an PLN 8,000 tender guarantee, electronic submission in Polish and employment of a construction worker under an employment contract.
