Modernisation and renovation works for the OLiOC warehouse and equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation and adaptation of a 219.67 m² part of a building at 42 Poleska Street in Gubin into a civil defence warehouse. The works include repairing the roof covering with heat-welded roofing felt, sheet-metal work, replacing gutters and downpipes, replacing the gable and eaves boarding, installing window bars, installing fire alarm, intrusion alarm and CCTV systems, and modernising the shelter next to the warehouse. The works must be completed by 10 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 00:00 and must include a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee. The evaluation gives 60% to price and 40% to warranty. The bidder must demonstrate financial capacity of at least PLN 50,000, relevant construction experience worth at least PLN 200,000 during the last 5 years, and access to a person with the required construction qualifications.
