Construction of a Pump Track

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a pump track and leisure area in Ełk. The works include an asphalt pump track, a concrete-paved leisure area, landscaping, street furniture, LED lighting, electrical and telecommunications works, and the installation of seven surveillance cameras. The award criteria are price at 60% and warranty at 40%; the minimum required warranty is 36 months. Bidders must allow for professional liability insurance of at least PLN 450,000 and performance security equal to 5% of the contract value.
