Construction works divided into three lots

Summary

The tender covers three lots: Lot 1 concerns resurfacing works beside Building 19 at the military complex in Tarnowskie Góry, Lot 2 concerns the repair of road slabs at the military complex in Lubliniec, and Lot 3 concerns the replacement of the boiler and central heating system in Building 2 at the military complex in Krapkowice on a design-and-build basis. Tenders may be submitted for all three lots. For each lot, price carries 80% and the warranty period carries 20%; the contracting authority may invite up to five bidders per lot to negotiations. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026 at 08:30. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. Lot 1 must be completed within 30 days of contract signing, Lot 2 by 25 November 2026 and Lot 3 by 15 November 2026; the design documentation for Lot 3 must be prepared within 30 days of contract signing.
