Renovation of the warehouse on the plot next to the Dobroszyce Municipal Office

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of a warehouse located next to the Dobroszyce Municipal Office in Poland. The works include, among other things, repairing structural elements and walls, interior and exterior finishing, replacing garage doors, renewing floors, installing damp-proofing, fitting ventilation grilles and completely renewing the electrical installation. The works must be completed within 6 weeks. The bidder must have completed at least two comparable construction or renovation projects during the last 5 years, hold third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, and provide works managers with the relevant construction licences for the structural and building discipline and the electrical discipline. The tender guarantee is PLN 2,000 and the performance security is 5% of the total contract price. The evaluation is based on price at 60% and the defects liability period at 40%.
