Supply of IT equipment divided into lots

Summary

The tender covers the supply of IT equipment in three lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. Lot I covers one computer set and software; Lot II covers one new photocopier and one new laser printer, including installation, commissioning and staff training for the photocopier; and Lot III covers one physical server and 12 units of server software. The delivery period is 30 days for all lots. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 21 September 2026. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the invoice payment period carries 40%. A PLN 2,000 tender guarantee is required for a bid for Lot III.
