Development of School Infrastructure and Equipment and Adaptation of a Vocational Stable at Benice

Summary

The tender covers the adaptation and fitting-out of a building to create a vocational workshop in the form of a stable at the ZSP in Benice. The works include, among other things, demolition, concrete, masonry, roofing, façade, finishing, water and sewage, heating, ventilation, electrical and communications installation works. The contract duration is 240 days. The bidder must demonstrate experience with at least one construction project worth at least PLN 2,000,000 gross during the last 5 years, provide construction and site managers with the required authorisations, and submit a PLN 50,000 tender guarantee. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%), and must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 12:00.
