Summary

The tender covers demolition, finishing, electrical, water supply, sewerage, central-heating, metal and joinery works in municipal public-use buildings and premises in Białystok, including historic buildings, as well as repairs to external infrastructure and other construction works required for proper use of the buildings. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. The tenderer must demonstrate the required professional capacity and provide a qualified works manager together with specialists authorised for electrical and gas works. The tender must state a gross price in Polish zloty and offer at least a 36-month warranty and liability period. Price carries 60% and the warranty and liability period carries 40% of the points; 36 months earns 0 points, 48 months earns 20 points and 60 months earns 40 points.
