Construction of two recreational sites in Gizałki municipality

Summary

The procurement covers the construction of two recreational sites in Gizałki municipality: a recreational area with associated infrastructure in Białobłoty and a village community building in Kolonia Obory. The works include construction, sanitary and electrical works, including buildings, roofs, external areas, water supply, septic tanks, lighting and electrical installations. The works must be completed within 160 calendar days from contract signature. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed building construction, extension or refurbishment project from the last 5 years with a value of at least PLN 700,000.00 gross, provide a team with the required construction and installation authorisations, submit a PLN 13,000.00 tender guarantee and provide a warranty of at least 36 months. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and warranty duration (40%).
