The tender concerns the supply of commonly used information technology equipment and accessories, technical consumables, disposable products, and maintenance materials and agents. The products must be new and unused, properly marked, and have a shelf life of at least 24 months from acceptance. Equivalent products are permitted, but their compliance must be demonstrated with a technical specification sheet. The contracting authority may exercise an option whose total value does not exceed 200% of the guaranteed amount of the basic order.
