Comprehensive cleaning services for the premises of the District Court building in Brzesko and adjacent areas

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive cleaning of the interior of the four-storey District Court building in Brzesko and the surrounding areas for 12 months, but not earlier than 16 January 2027. The internal cleaning area is approximately 2,712.21 m² and the external area is 1,180.70 m². The work includes daily and periodic cleaning, sanitary and office cleaning, window washing, outdoor area maintenance, snow removal when required and daytime service. The bidder must provide at least three daily cleaners and one daytime service worker, as well as its own equipment, tools, cleaning products and hygiene supplies. Personnel directly performing cleaning activities must generally be employed under employment contracts and must have no criminal record, appropriate training and suitable health. Qualification requires at least two references for cleaning services in public-use buildings, each lasting at least 12 months and covering at least 1,500 m². The bid deadline is 21 September 2026 at 11:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, quality control for 20% and the employment of persons with disabilities for 20%.
