Construction of a warehouse building for civil protection and civil defence tasks – equipment storage and logistics and support facilities for the Bogoria municipality

Summary

The tender covers the construction in Bogoria of a single-storey, non-basement warehouse building with a built-up area of 457.72 m² for civil protection and civil defence purposes. The works include a steel structure, sandwich-panel walls and roof, six storage bays, six sectional doors, foundations, an industrial floor, internal and external installations, and site development. The site works also include internal roads, manoeuvring areas, parking spaces, pedestrian access routes, stormwater drainage, landscaping and other associated works. The completion deadline is 30 November 2026 and the tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%). The warranty must be at least 36 months; the scoring formula takes account of up to 60 months. Participation requires proof of third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, the required construction managers and at least one properly completed building construction or reconstruction project carried out within the last five years with a gross value of at least PLN 500,000.
