Renovation and reconstruction of the Bishops’ Palace building, garden and 19th-century walls as part of the restoration and revitalisation of Chełm’s cultural heritage

The tender concerns the renovation and reconstruction of the Bishops’ Palace building in Chełm, together with its garden and 19th-century walls. The works include, among other things, construction, demolition, restoration, structural, finishing, water-supply, sewage, electrical, heating, ventilation, road and landscaping works, as well as archaeology-related services. The works must be completed within 15 months of signing the contract. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be between 60 and 84 months. The bidder must provide a PLN 190,000 tender guarantee, details of a suitably qualified team and an electronic tender by 24 September 2026.
