Reconstruction of district road no. 1228F, Sikorski Street and Sobieski Street, in Świebodzin

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of district road no. 1228F, including Sikorski Street and Sobieski Street in Świebodzin. The works include, among other things, construction or repair of the carriageway and pavements, construction of a shared pedestrian and cycle path, surface water drainage, adjustment of sewer manholes and covers, renewal of traffic markings and signs, and relocation of a street-lighting lamp and a telecommunications pole. The contract period is 24 months. The bidder must demonstrate liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, previous experience in a road construction, reconstruction or repair project worth at least PLN 3,000,000 involving a class Z road or higher, a suitably qualified road construction manager, and access to the required equipment. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 October 2026 at 10:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 60,000. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%).
