Modernization of the gymnasium at the school in Bukowiec

Summary

The tender covers the complete renewal of the gymnasium floor and modernization of the room at the school in Bukowiec. The works include removing and disposing of the existing wooden floor and floor joists, constructing a 4.4 cm concrete slab, installing a synthetic sports surface and court markings, supplying the protective covering and its storage equipment, installing sheet flooring, finishing and painting walls and columns, reinstalling gymnastic ladders, and supplying and installing sports equipment. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The bidder must demonstrate at least two references for synthetic system sports floors of at least 350 m² each, nominate a suitably authorised site manager, hold third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000 and provide a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%); the minimum basic warranty period is 60 months, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 10:00.
