Renovation of three residential premises in Warsaw

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of three residential premises owned by the City of Warsaw and administered in the Wola district. The works include general building, sanitary and electrical works in accordance with the tender documents, bills of quantities and technical specification. The works must be completed by 7 December 2026 at the latest. Price carries 80% of the evaluation weighting and warranty carries 20%; the warranty must be at least 24 months and the defect-liability period is 60 months. The bidder must submit the required qualification declarations, a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee and, if selected, provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price.
